The Organic Box is committed to supporting local farmers and producers who provide you with fresh organic food, grown right here at home. Heidi discusses how she got into agriculture. Her trajectory starts in India where she learned about Permaculture and then spends time in Cuba learning to grow organically. And finally back to Canada where she spends several years in the fields raising vegetables. To her most recent landing place at the Organic Box in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. For Heidi, it is important to be supplying good food to good people, but fundamentally, it’s the story that goes into the box that matters most.
